WHAT: The PDA's are a great opportunity for players to develop/improve their basketball skills and their relationship with God during the offseason in a fun, Christian environment. The PDA's are focused on developing and growing basketball skills, including agility. We will typically spend most of the time on dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, and various other drills and often will incorporate a short scrimmage or other game at the end of each session. Immediately following the basketball portion of the evening, we will spend 5-10 minutes doing a short devotional with the kids.

White River Sports is a sports organization and a ministry of White River Christian Church that introduces youth, adults, and families to Christ through the vehicle of Sports.
Formerly known as the Upward Sports Ministry at White River Christian Church, the name change to White River Sports was brought on by the fact that we not only want to connect kids to Christ through sports, rather connect people of all ages, adults, kids, and families who seek and desire to be a part of recreational opportunities in their community.
White River Sports exists to reach our community through athletic competition and wellness programs, in the name of Jesus, who changes lives.
Everyone, young or old, spectator or athlete, official or coach, knows their role and how they are to compete in a Christ-like way when they take the field/court.
