God is truly blessing White River Christian Church in our Special Needs Ministry. We are currently seeking a high capacity leader to continue the work God has started in this ministry. If you are a high energy, high capacity leader, have great patience and are able to interact with people in ways that bring out their strengths, this may be the path God is calling you to take. The Director of Special Needs will be responsible for directing Special Needs programs and creating a clear ministry plan for individuals of all ages with special needs and their families. This person will be ready to equip and empower ministry leaders and develop strategies for our community connections, families and individuals. This position will require being a team player who is relationally-driven, provide dynamic vision, energetic leadership, clear direction, biblical teaching, and have a passion for those with special needs.
