Tavriski Christian Institute

Tavriski Christian Institute (TCI) was founded in 1997 to train and equip Christian leaders throughout Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus.  WRCC became involved with TCI through Pastor Tim Brock sharing his experiences of teaching there on a short term trip in the 1990’s.  TCI is uniquely positioned with geographic and logistical access to areas that are now opening up to the Gospel message.  The countries served by TCI have a unique bond in that they were all once part of the USSR.  Sharing history and the Russian language position members of TCI to gain access to people for teaching that would not be possible for Americans or other Europeans.  Equally important, TCI is well positioned to continue outreach into areas that are beginning to close to the Gospel.  For each area, our work has immediate needs.  WRCC partners with TCI in Ukraine, the Republic of Georgia and other former Soviet bloc countries in the region.
