Discipleship Pastor
Noblesville Campus
The Discipleship Pastor provides leadership and vision for the church’s adult discipleship pathway, with a primary emphasis on small group ministry. This role exists to help adults grow as lifelong disciples of Jesus by creating clear environments, systems, and relationships where spiritual formation, biblical literacy, community, and mission are cultivated. The Discipleship Pastor works collaboratively with pastoral staff and ministry leaders to ensure discipleship is intentional, relational, and aligned with the church’s mission and values.
Guest Services Coordinator
Noblesville Campus
The Guest Services Coordinator helps advance the mission and ministry of White River Christian Church by overseeing guest services, volunteer teams, and campus atmosphere to enhance engagement. This role is responsible for leading the “street-to-seat” Sunday experience with a focus on overseeing all guest services teams (parking lot attendants, greeters, Lord’s Supper servers) and managing the Sunday coffee service to ensure a consistent, welcoming environment for all attendees.
Worship Pastor
