The Connections Coordinator will provide leadership of volunteers serving in various roles to create a warm and welcoming environment. The primary focus will be on weekend experience for Noblesville WRCC attendees, emphasizing newcomers. The Connections Coordinator will find innovative ways to build processes and systems to empower staff and volunteer teams to connect every life to Jesus and further the ministry of White River Christian Church.
