Lance is the primary preaching pastor for White River's Noblesville campus. He cares for those who attend and oversees the coordination of daily activities that take place at the Noblesville campus. Prior to joining the team at White River, Lance worked in student ministry in Memphis, TN, for six years and Mattoon, IL , for two years. He and his wife, Amanda - both Taylor University graduates - live in downtown Noblesville with their children, Taylor and Emma. 

Hobbies: running, anything with his kiddos, cleaning the kitchen after his wife bakes and working on his 116-year-old home.
