Five ways to describe him: Quick witted, fun, makes people laugh, loves family, people-person

What other people are saying about him: Good communicator, strong leader, fun to be around.

What he cherishes: "My family ROCKS!" Lia is his wife, and they've been married since December of 1993. They have 3 awesome kids!

What makes him cry? Hallmark commercials, Extreme Home Makeover, his kids.

What makes him laugh? Good comedians, dry humor, his kids, The Office

What is his dream for ministry? To see people come to Jesus in droves. To see His Kingdom and His Church grow.

What inspires him? His wife inspires him to be a better husband and his kids to be a better dad. Scripture inspires him to be a better person. Starbucks inspires him to get through the morning.

The college years: Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary (now called "Cincinnati Christian University") Bachelors of Science in Christian Ministry and Biblical Studies.

How long he has been in ministry: He's been serving in churches since 1991. He's been blessed to experience all different types of ministry to differing age-groups.

What are his gifts? Teaching, preaching, leadership and faith.

The best thing about working at WRCC: The people. He loves working with the staff. He loves working with our leadership. He loves the coffee machines.

Hobbies: He loves gadgets and gizmos, hanging with his family, playing video games, blogging, watching TV or movies. He loves just hanging out with friends and co-workers... especially with a cup of coffee in hand.

Best advice to aspiring Pastors: Age-old key to ministry... Balance. You have to work at it. Too many marriages, too many homes, too many ministries have failed and continue to fail because you're not maintaining balance in life.
