Try the Tithe

On Sunday, January 31st, Pastor Timothy Brock challenged each person who attends WRCC to take God at His word and accept the offer God makes to us as we obey the Biblical instruction to tithe, not out of obligation, but out of joy and response to His grace. This expereince will require you to pull out the calculator, sharpen the pencil, dialog with your spouse (if you're married), rearrange your priorities, make sacrifices, and live intentionally more than you have been if you aren't currently tithing. But God's commands are never without a promise.

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it." - Malachi 3:10
