"For I was hungry and you fed me" ~ Jesus How can I get help?
Our food pantry is open weekly on Thursdays from 4pm-6pm. We have a full staff of volunteers that are ready to serve your family during this time of need. In order to make sure that we're able to help as many families as possible, we have a few simple steps that we'll need you to follow: 1. Pick up a referral form from your local trustee (don't need on 1st visit)
(This is good for 1 month at our pantry) 2. Arrive at the church (Discovery Room) between the hours of 3:30pm and 6pm on Thursdays
How can I serve?
Have you ever known what it means to be hungry? Have you ever wondered where your family's next meal would come from? We have people right here in our community that know these realities all too well. Jesus told us that whenever we serve "the least of these" we are serving Him. WRCC has a great opportunity for you to be a part of this amazing mission of God. Below are several opportunities to get involved in this ministry. You can make a difference as you help fill people up with food and God's love! - Fill up a "Blue Bag" and drop it off at the Community Works counter
- Serve at the Food Pantry on Thursdays 4pm-6pm
- Organize Food Pantry items during the week
