Leader Training
A Leader Training session provides opportunity to capture the vision of White River Christian Church and the role small groups play in fulfilling our mission. Small group leaders can share victories and defeats in a safe environment of encouragement and mutual edification. It's the warring room of the spiritual battles that are being fought in the context of platoons called small groups throughout this community. Through prayer and constant growth, leaders are equipped for the front lines.

Basic Training for New Small Group (SG) Leaders
Required for all new leaders (anyone who began leading in the last 12 months)
- Open to anyone who would like a refresher course in leading a small group
- Several Sessions per year... stayed tuned for next session date.
