SPIRITUAL CHOICES FOR HEALTHY LIVING
Lite Hearted is for ladies who have dedicated themselves to wellness--spiritual and physical. Every meeting includes a devotion and information on a different wellness topic. Armed with information, recipes, prayer, and support of other women, you can live the healthy life God wants for you.

  • MEETINGS are held on Monday evenings, September through the school year.
  • TIME Optional weigh-in and fellowship from 6:00-6:25pm, followed by the informational portion of the meeting from 6:30-7:30pm.
  • LOCATION Kids Zone at White River Christian Church. Come in door number 2, labeled OFFICE. Once you enter the building, you will see signs to get you to the right place.
  • COST The cost is $5 to join (new members only), then $3 per meeting thereafter. We also offer a multi-meeting card--11 meetings for $30.  That's a free meeting, plus you don't have to carry cash every week.  
  • CHILDCARE is available for a donation.
  • DRESS COMFORTABLY! We will be moving around a lot!
