How do I find out what Women's Ministry has to offer?
Search our Women's Minstry pages here on the WRCC website, visit the Women's Ministry Counter at the church or call the church office.

How can I get involved and who do I call ?
Contact a leader via the website/email, visit the Women's Ministry Counter, or call the church office.

Do you offer beginner Bible Study for women only?
Yes, we offer all types of studies. See our Bible Studies page for more details, visit Women's Ministry Counter or give the church office a call.

Is there a list of things going on at the church during the week?
Visit our calendar page, call the church office during normal business hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm and they can give you information on the various activities and/or events.

How do I meet other women?
The best way is to sign up for a Women's Bible study, or contact one of the leaders and she will help by informing you of the various areas available to get connected.

How can I learn how to read my Bible?
Bible study is one way or the Day of Learning is another option. Bible Study (offered throughout the week) and Day of Learning (offered in March) help you to learn how to read and study your Bible.

I am a young mom and don't know where to go to get information on other young moms like myself.
Visit the MOPS website or call the church office and they will put you into the MOPS voice mail at ext. 43.

I am an empty nester; do you have anything to offer for ladies that are in the same stage of life?
Our Seasoned Sisters is a ministry that has ladies in the same stage of life; visit our website for leader contact name and number.

I enjoy helping out in the community and serving for a worthwhile cause, do you have anything to offer in this area?
Community Works is a great ministry that will help you find an area to serve.  Please visit the website for more details.

I don't have a lot of extra time but I would like to serve on a limited schedule, do you have anything that would not require a lot of time commitment?
Women's Ministry always needs volunteers to come along and serve in our various ministries. Please contact us via email or call the church office.

Where do I go to find out when and where upcoming events are at the church?
The weekly bulletin, Rapids, has a lot of information regarding upcoming events. Slides are running before and after the Sunday church services. Information can be obtained by the various Ministry Counters located in the lobby area, visit the website or call the church office. 

I am new and would love to meet on a regular schedule with other ladies to give me encouragement and support, do you have any regular type groups other then Bible Studies?
Lite Hearted meets every Monday night, this is a weight loss group that come together to learn more about food choices combined with some great fellowship.

Do you have any groups that do hobbies together?
Bits & Pieces meet and share in their hobbies and crafts. See website for contact info.

I love to cook; can I use this talent to serve?
Yes, we have the Meals Ministry and Funeral Meals that would love to have you on their committee. Visit the website to see how to contact them.

I have no family in this area and would like to be able to learn from someone that can share their experience with me, is this available?
Yes, we have our Hearts of Gold which is a one-on-one mentoring ministry that is based on Titus 2:3-5. Visit our website for more details.

I have a very stressful job and the last thing I want is more stress, do you have any groups that just meet to have fun?
We have a monthly group that meet for games and cards, another group that meet for lunch, a group of ladies that meet to knit, etc. Visit our website for more details.

I want to attend an event but I don't know anyone, what would you suggest?
Give one of our leaders a call and she will be able to connect you with another lady so that you will know someone that you can attend with and not feel all alone. Also, they will encourage you to bring someone with you if you wish.
