Leadership Team

The Men's Leadership Team is charged with setting the course for the men's ministry. The goal of this team is to equip men so that they can walk as Jesus did. We will meet this goal through Bible studies, small groups, and men's activities.

Men's Ministry Leadership Team:

Keith Comp is our Associate Teaching Pastor. He came to WRCC as the Elementary Pastor and transitioned to leading the Family Team, preaching on occasion, leading the Parenting Ministry and Upward Sports. He's now transitioning into the Associate Teaching Pastor role of preaching about 12 times a year and leading the Men's Ministry among other things. He is married to Lia and they have three children. He loves teaching, preaching, leadership, faith and Starbucks.

Phil Heller is our Lead Pastor and nurtures spiritual growth with others through various ministries, including Men's Ministry. He's married to Christie and they have 3 children: Jenna, Cade, & Kendyll. He loves UK Basketball, friends, celebrating birthdays, and spending time with his family.

Mike Pariso has been active in both our Marriage Ministry and Men's Ministry. He is a craftsman by trade, making custom furniture and antique restorations. His favorite pastime is cooking - especially BBQ and Italian foods. He has been married to Pam for over 8 years.

Tom Roberts is an Elder at WRCC. He is married to Claudette and has a daughter named Megan.

Jim Stetnish loves riding his motorcycle and spending recreational time with family and friends. Jim is Vice President of Fleet Operations for Carter Express. He has been married to Sherri for 35 years and they have two sons, Justin & Travis. He also has two daughters-in-law, Kara and Ashley.

Joe Barnett is active in the Men's Ministry through the Basketball League. He is married to Jodi and has an adorable daughter, Shelby, who was born in 2005.

Tim Bill (aka TBill) has been married to Susie for 8 years and they have three boys named Jackson, Luke and Logan and a crazy dog named Derby. Tim is a territory manager for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He loves hanging with his family, friends, movies, hunting, boating, Christian music and travel.
