Volunteer ExpectationsJr. High Ministry leaders should consistently practice a Christ-like attitude as they serve. Their commitment to Christ, their families, and their ministries must be solid. Leading by example through both words and actions is key in this ministry. We’re looking for team players who love Jesus and are excited about what He wants to do in the lives of Jr. High students! Volunteer BenefitsAccording to God’s Word, there are eternal rewards awaiting those who are faithful and obedient in serving our Lord. Many times in Jr. High Ministry it becomes difficult to see if you are making any difference in the lives of the students. However, God is faithful, and there is no greater joy that seeing a Jr. High student give their life to Jesus or take another life changing step in their relationship with Him. You most definitely will be blessed in this ministry as you lead students and families in the way of salvation. The soul is healed by being with children.
