BABIES (up to age 2):
Infant Room ~ for children birth through 12 months. Loving, qualified volunteers care for all babies. We will be building a sense of trust as the child's immediate needs are met. Children will begin to build a foundation of God through what they hear and experience here at the church building.

Toddler Room ~ for children 12 to 24 months. Children see God and the church through the molding of a teacher. Positive attitudes of love, acceptance and security are formed through experiences in the classroom. Bible stories, Bible verses and songs will be taught and repeated on a regular basis.

We seek to fulfill our mission by modeling God's love, providing a safe environment, ensuring that each child feels secure, arranging a child-centered atmosphere and furnishing hands-on activities.

PRESCHOOL (ages 2-5):
2's & 3's Area ~ The two and three year olds will learn that God made all things and that God cares for him or her; that Jesus is God's special Son and that He did kind and loving things when He lived on earth; that the Bible is a special book about God and Jesus and that Bible stories are true.

4's & 5's Area ~ The four and five year olds will learn basic information about God: He made the world, He cares for all people, and forgives him or her when they are sorry for doing wrong. Children will also learn that Jesus died to take punishment for the wrong things we have done and that He rose from the dead and is alive. They will be taught that the Bible tells us to obey God and that he or she can talk to God in prayer.

FOR ALL AGES:  We follow the same teaching plan as the "Big Idea" team uses for adult services, just in a way that is appropriate to their age.  That way, families can discuss the lesson together!

Special Needs:
Our Special Needs Class is a disability ministry for our kids and we are dedicated to serving families of children with disabilities. We strive each week to provide a ministry to reveal God and the love of Christ to children with disabilities.

The mission is two-fold: first, it supplements families in loving their children with disabilities into growing relationship with Jesus Christ and second, it provides support for the families as they attend the worship service.

All childcare workers have gone through a detailed reference and background check.
