A little bit about Dan: Dan is a man who cares deeply about people. He is passionate about missions and loves interacting with people of other cultures. Dan has a burden for reaching the lost of the world and wants to help people reconcile with God and one another.
Where he learned his stuff: Dan studied World Missions at Lincoln Christian College in Lincoln, Illinois. After returning from the mission field he obtained his Master's Degree from Indiana University in Counseling. Dan came to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior as a young teenager. He had always been in church but did not hear a clear Gospel presentation until he was in Jr. High.
Family man: Dan's all time favorite role is grandfather. He has built a special play area in his basement where he loves to play with his grandchildren.
What are his gifts? Dan enjoys counseling couples. He really gets excited when he has the opportunity to translate sermons or lessons.
What makes him cry? Dan will cry quickly when he sees a person being mistreated or disrespected.
Why he wanted to work at White River: Dan was anxious to work at WRCC after observing the Elders intensity in prayer.
What he does for White River: Dan is responsible for the Pastoral Care including the Counseling Center, Global Expansion (World Missions), and the Hispanic Ministry.
If he wasn't working at White River... He would start his own adventure tour company and call it Crosley Tours – "where we guarantee an adventure every day".
In his spare time: Dan likes to read and build things.
A Fun and Random Fact: Dan enjoys doing "first person dramatizations" in both English and Spanish. He has presented various Biblical personages in dozens of churches and 10 foreign countries.
What Dan has done for other churches: Dan has helped other congregations develop mission's awareness and involvement.
