Five ways to describe her: Committed to Christ, behind the scenes worker, quiet, compassionate, dependable.

Tell about her family: Norma cherishes her family: Ed - her husband for more than 40 years, daughter Vanessa, son-in-law Mike, grandsons Adam and Davis also daughter-in-law Carolyn and grandson Ryan. Her son Kurt has gone home to be with our Heavenly Father.

Where she learned her stuff: She learned her stuff form life experiences and by trusting in the Lord to lead her. In previous life before coming to WRCC she worked as an interior designer.

How has this job changed her skills? Her job has challenged her in computer skills, learning about other cultures, making travel arrangements for mission groups also has gone from being the receptionist for the counseling center to administrative assistant and she has grown in Christ.

Her personal and work characteristics that is important to her job: Flexibility and organizational skills

Why she wanted to work at WRCC: She didn't want to work at WRCC, she was enjoying retirement but Christ opened the door and led her to work in His ministries at WRCC. She had prayed for Christ to close the doors where He did not want her and to open the doors where He was leading her.

The best thing about working at WRCC: Working with Pastor Dan Crosley in the ministries he is over. To be able to have his guidance and see this Godly man working in his humble way each day. See the love he has for Christ and others on a daily basis is an inspiration. Being a member of the team.

What makes her laugh: Watching and listening to children play, being with her grandsons, her daughter's stories about her experiences in everyday life.

What makes her cry: The lack of Christ in the world, how unloving people are to each other.

What inspires her: Missions... getting God's word out to all nations, so He will come. Matthew 24:14

When she is not at WRCC: She likes spending time with her family, reading and listening to music.
