Tim Etchison | Elder
Five words to describe him: Honest, hardworking, loyal, responsible, and generous
What he does in his spare time: He loves spending quiet days on the family farm driving tractors and working in the field. He's a country boy at heart!
Where he learned his stuff: Tim learned to grow in his faith by watching his grandparents read the Bible every day. Their inspiration has guided Tim to be more Christ-like throughout his life. Tim has his Bachelors of Business Administration and his Masters of Business Administration from Augusta State University.
What he cherishes: Tim and his wife Stephanie have four young children including a set of twins. His all time favorite roles are being a daddy, dedicated husband, and the spiritual leader of his home.
What he excels at: Tim excels at reaching out to those who are in need. He has a deep passion for serving the Lord by reaching out to those in the local community who are less fortunate.
What makes him laugh: Old episodes of Andy Griffith, his kids, and his wife.
What he loves: A warm house to come home to, a nice hot meal, hugs from his wife and children when he gets home from work, a fire in the fireplace, watching old Christmas movies throughout the year!
A little bit about being an Elder: Through the encouragement of his wife and accountability partners, Tim felt led to become an Elder at WRCC. The best thing about being an Elder at WRCC is the pay: a nice steak dinner out with the other elders (HA HA!). He loves being able to provide the spiritual guidance and leadership behind the scenes.
His dream for the future: If Tim wasn't an Elder…he'd be home a lot more often! His dream is to see the church reach the lost in Noblesville, Hamilton County and surrounding areas.
A few hobbies: Tim's passions lie in the areas of coaching basketball and farming.
