Leader Training
All small group leaders meet monthly for fellowship, encouragement, and training. This gathering provides opportunity to capture the vision of White River Christian Church and the role small groups play in fulfilling our mission. Small group leaders can share victories and defeats in a safe environment of encouragment and mutual edification. It's the warring room of the spiritual battles that are being fought in the context of platoons called small groups throughout this community. Through prayer and constant growth, leaders are equipped for the front lines.
Upcoming Trainings:
These trainings take place on Sunday Morning and are for all current small group leaders & co-leaders and also for anyone who would like to lead a group. Breakfast snacks are provided and children can attend the regularly scheduled programming provided by our NextGen Team.
